SCOOPON VOUCHERS HAVE NOW EXPIRED AND ARE NO LONGER VALID

        *Go to the St Anne's Florist Website at www.stannesflorist.com.au

        *Choose the product that you wish to purchase with your scoopon voucher, you need to click on the 'BUY NOW' icon on the left hand side.              

        *Note: As per the conditions of your scoopon voucher purchase all scoopon voucher purchasers have to be delivered and only to the Perth Metropolitan Area as defined by St Anne's Florist - there is no pickup available.

As per the conditions of your scoopon purchase, delivery charges are applicable and are on top of the product value you have chosen -  delivery charges range from $15 to $36 dollars dependent on the distance away from the Perth store. This is why you have to enter current credit card details - orders cannot be processed without the correct credit card details being submitted. (American Express and Diners Cards attract a $3 transaction fee)

        *If you have completed your purchases, then click on the 'Add to Cart' icon.

        *After proceeding to Checkout you will now need to fill in either Create an Account or Fill in the Customer Details section with  your personal details (senders details), the recipients name and address who you would like the product to be delivered to. Please include phone numbers of recipients where possible as this assists when there is a delivery issue.

        *After submitting the above information, a new page will open. You need to check all the details entered to date are correct. In the middle of this new page in the section 'Additional Information Section' you must enter the Delivery Date and a Card Message that you would like to include with your order. In this Additional Information Section you will need to include your scoopon voucher number here - failure to do so will result in your order being processed as a 'normal order'. We cannot accept scoopon numbers after your order has been submitted if they have not been entered here - there are no exceptions.

        *You will need to enter your credit card details for payment of delivery and for any amount of products over the $100 voucher value. You will be charged for the amount over $100 voucher value and the delivery fee applicable ( as well as any Amex/Diners fee if applicable).

        * You will receive an Automated order confirmation from the online shop to your nominated email address, which outlines the full price of the goods and an $15 local delivery fee having not taken into consideration your scoopon voucher. All orders are downloaded and processed manually so if your scoopon was correctly entered as per above your order will be adjusted accordingly and charged the correct amount when manually processed and credit card charged.
