Delivery Info

• St. Anne's Florist and Gift Baskets trading hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 12pm Saturdays.

  Delivery Times: Same day delivery in Perth Monday to Saturday for deliveries placed before 10am, we endeavour to fulfill deliveries for orders placed after this time but cannot guarantee it on the same day.
  Please note: Times are given in West Australian standard time. (GMT + 08:00)

  Western Australian country areas will be an overnight delivery service and will incur up to a $30.00 delivery fee. Outer Perth metropolitan suburbs may be an overnight delivery service and will incur up to a $30.00 delivery fee.

  We do not deliver our hampers to the eastern states, however can deliver flowers both nationally and internationally.

  Minimum purchase of $50.00 required for delivery.

  We assume that the addresses and other details you provide are correct. All re-deliveries will incur a re-delivery fee being the same as the original fee charged.

  All deliveries are guaranteed provided the correct address, date and contact information are provided and the order is placed and confirmed before 10am local time.

  Special deliveries can be made late evening, early morning or weekends outside of our normal trading hours however a charge of $35 will apply in addition to the normal delivery charge applicable. You will have to phone us and organise this with us.

  Hot weather policy
  Every effort is made to ensure that stock requested is supplied in your basket selection.
  In periods of extremely hot weather, St Anne’s Florist & Dial A Hamper reserves the right to include non-perishable items as alternatives to those perishable items that require immediate refrigeration on delivery. This especially applies to outer suburbs and country areas
